When will I receive my order?
We are operating as normal. We are currently dispatching orders on our normal lead times.
How can I order with you?
The best way to order with us is through either your club shop via our NXT Sports platform or the Masuri Brand Shop. You can find your club shop by clicking here or you can visit the Masuri Brand Shop by clicking here.
I need to return an item, what do I do?
Please send us an email (info@nxt-sports.com) with RETURNS REQUEST in the title. In the body of the email, please give us your order number and clearly state the reason for your return, for example, damaged or faulty product (with picture and detail of fault).
We will then get in touch with a returns label so that you can return the goods to us.
What are your opening hours and can I pop in?
Please do not visit any of our premises without an appointment. We are trying our very best to keep our staff and the public safe through social distancing.
